About us
Santana Interiors is a Bengaluru pilot that makes modular interiors easy to picture. You send a photo of the room as it stands, we send back new designs for it and a rough ₹ estimate — so you know what the work should look like and roughly what it costs before anyone visits your home.
What we actually do
Three things, in this order.
Designs from your own photo
Upload a real photo and pick 2 or 4 styles. Each design is generated from your room, so your walls, windows, doors and odd corners stay where they are — only the interiors change.
An inside view you can arrange
Every design opens to its inside: drag hanging space, shoe organisers, drawers, shelves, loft storage and pull-out baskets into place. In the room view you can add a study table, dressing unit, rug or curtains; in a kitchen you can set the countertop, chimney, hob and glass cabinets.
A rough estimate from your sizes
Give the length, depth and height and we work out the board, laminate and hardware needed, then show a ₹ range item by item. Every design carries its own quote, named after its room — a wardrobe quote, a kitchen quote, a TV unit quote and so on. A wardrobe estimate prices a 6 ft × 2 ft × 7 ft run at ₹50,369 – ₹84,006 in this pilot.

Built to real sizes
Nothing in a design is a flat panel. Cabinets are drawn at the depths a carpenter would actually build.

These depths feed both the drawings and the maths — a 2 ft counter needs more board and a bigger countertop than a shallow one, so the estimate moves with them.
What goes into a rough estimate
Every figure is itemised, so you can see what you are being quoted for.
- Carcass board — 18 mm plywood for sides, back and shelves, sized from your run length and depth
- Shutters and laminate — standard or premium finish, priced per square foot
- Hardware — soft-close hinges, profile handles, drawer runners, hanging rods
- Surfaces — quartz or marble where the room needs it (countertop, altar top)
- Room work — false ceiling, cove lighting and paint
- Factory fabrication and fitting on site
What it is not
Rates are indicative and shown as a range, not a fixed price. Estimates are indicative until a site-verified BOQ — a real measurement visit can move them either way. If you didn't give us dimensions, we assume sensible ones and say so on the estimate.

Payment is not connected
Packages are listed at ₹500 for 2 designs and ₹1,000 for 4, but nothing is charged while we test design generation.

This version is for homeowners: room designs and rough estimates. No supplier listings, quote requests or admin screens — those are not part of the pilot.
